A discount will be granted to every next company that you will sign up for the services of LocalOffice24. We offer a very flexible discount system, varying from the package you choose, starting from 10% in Economy package and amounting up to 60% discount in an Ultimate package for your every next company that you subscribe for our services.

It's certainly possible. Our team will provide you with a written authorization allowing you to register a new company at the address of LocalOffice24. The written authorization needs to be submitted to the Dutch notary in order to incorporate your company.

To become a client of LocalOffice24, you need the following:
  • choose the LocalOffice24 subscription that suits your needs
  • provide us with the name of the company that is going to be incorporated
Upon the receiving of your request, our team will prepare the Authorization Letter (written authorization to use the address of LocalOffice24) for you in order to submit it to the Dutch notary upon the registration of your company.
Yes, you can use the address provided by LocalOffice24 as your personal postal address (Briefadres) in order to register in one of the municipalities in the Netherlands.
Definitely! In Premium and Ultimate subscription plans, the receipt of the package is already included in the monthly fees. The Economy and Standard subscription plans also allow you to receive parcels/packages for a small additional fee. All the parcels and packages will be kept at our secure storage where you can pick it up at any time that suits you or instruct us to forward it to the postal address indicated by you.

As soon as mail arrives for you at your business address in the Netherlands, the employees of LocalOffice24 will notify you via your e-mail. You can then choose to have your post scanned, forwarded, or destroyed, and our team will take care of it. If you choose to have it scanned, you will receive a high-resolution PDF a short time later.

You can sleep easy – all post at your business address in the Netherlands is in the best hands, and each process is guarded by the highest security measures, data protection, and discretion.

Depending on your instructions, we process your incoming correspondence in the following ways:

  • envelope scanning (without opening the envelope) or
  • documents scanning
The scan-copies of your incoming correspondence will be forwarded to the e-mail address of your choice. The originals of the correspondence will be kept at the secured storage where you can always pick it up at any time that suits you or instruct us to forward it to the postal address indicated by you.
We value your privacy and therefore we may open and scan your incoming correspondence only if directly instructed by you. Otherwise, we will only scan and forward you the scan copies of the envelopes of your incoming correspondence and forward the correspondence to the postal address indicated by you. In addition, we value your privacy in the following ways:
  • all correspondence is kept at our secure storage
  • all e-mail correspondence is encrypted using the high-level banking technologies
  • only the limited number of our staff, having undergone the due diligence and the background checks, are authorized to access the correspondence and your personal data
  • we never transfer any of your personal data to third parties for commercials purposes
The registration of your company on the address of LocalOffice24 at the Dutch Trade Register takes approximately 2 working days and it solely depends on how busy the Dutch Trade Register is.
We offer flexible plans and billing to suit your particular case. You can pay the subscription monthly, quarterly or yearly. A monthly subscription is the most flexible, allowing you to cancel it at any time and giving you time reconsider to possible upgrades. A quarter subscription is the “golden middle” which involves fewer costs per month while providing your company with a sustainable business address for 3 months. A year subscription might look a bit expensive at first sight while it will save you €1200.00.
With our Starter subscription plan, you will receive the scan copies of your correspondence once per week. With Standard, Premium and Ultimate subscription plan the scan copies of your incoming correspondence will be sent to you on the same day once it has been received. If you expect an important correspondence, please, inform LocalOffice24 team in advance and will make sure you receive it immediately upon the delivery to our office.
Depending on your instructions, we may forward the correspondence either as the scan copies to your e-mail and/or forward the originals of the correspondence to the address indicated by you (e.g. your private postal address).
